If You Have an Upcoming Appointment

We ask that you bring all prescription medication(s) with you to your appointment, even if it was prescribed by another physician. Please request all refills of continuous medicines during your appointment. In the event of your prescription expiring prior to your next appointment, first contact your pharmacy. Generally, they will request a refill from your provider.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to fulfill all refill requests.
